bi-weekly leasing & short term housing is usually more extravagant than annual rentals

My wifey & I have only been retired for two years however every one of us have not wasted a single hour of our time.

  • The two of us have traveled through Europe, North Africa, & Southeast Asia, buying collectables & priceless antiques along the way.

This year every one of us want to take it self-explanatory & spend the Winter right on the beach down south. That way every one of us can just relax & take it self-explanatory eating seafood & sipping strong cocktails & beer. The two of us even have seasoned friends who have moved to a popular tourist endpoint along the beach, however they didn’t properly warn us about the complications with housing. Apparently their apartment is in an seasoned building that used to be corporate housing for a financial firm that left the neighborhood two decades ago. Clearly they got a good deal when they obtained this condo, however all my wifey & I can afford right now is bi-weekly leasing & short term housing. Unluckyly, you pay a lot more for short term housing on a bi-weekly basis compared to annual rentals. If you’re moving for a task & staying in corporate housing it would make sense to pay for a bi-weekly lease, otherwise it’s not economical for anyone however tourists. After staying for a season, every one of us will decide whether or not every one of us prefer the area enough to look for long term housing options. The two of us don’t have a choice, every one of us have to look for short term housing & pay the added cost for the first year at the legitimately least. If every one of us look weeks in advance of tourist season we’re hoping that every one of us can find affordable housing.
