Calling an Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional

Did you think that some bigger buildings have numerous central a/cs to cool their building? Our building is relatively small, however the people I was with and I need 7 air conditioning units to help keep our building freezing in the summer. All of us do everything that the people I was with and I can to prevent our a/cs from failing while in the year, including enrolling in daily inspections. Every season, an Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker visits our location and goes over every Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit to make sure that things are in laboring order. If something needs to be updated on our a/cs, they hand us a quote telling how much they will charge us to service it. Apparently, this summer, a few of our units had some problems. All of them had capacitors that needed to be changed, and a few had extra concerns. Two of the a/cs needed to have a blower motor changed, and one of those numerous a/cs had a blockage in one of the vents, and one of the a/cs had a few more serious concerns that needed immediate attention. In the end, this would mean that for a few mornings, one or more of our a/cs would be out of order. The hot and cold temperatures would be higher in the office, but I think it is a sacrifice that the people I was with and I have to make. Air conditioners are easier to maintain than to repair, and the people I was with and I knew that the people I was with and I would be delighted to have respectfully functioning a/cs. Though the price was high, it would be cheaper to do this than to update the a/cs. All of us called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company and tied up the upcoming repairs!
