Can’t take the mess

From the time our child was born every one of us struggled with her low tolerance to serious hot and cold temperatures.

  • Every one of us had an easy time with her troubles in the Wintertide because every one of us could just bundle her up in extra layers and limit her exposure to the out of doors.

She never went sledding or anything like that because she would only end up annoyed within hours. During the Summer, this was a bit more difficult. Most activities that take site during that time of year take site outside as people like to take advantage of the warmth and sun after being stuck indoors during the long cold winter. Birthday parties, cookouts, and afternoons at the park are normal for all the people. This was not the case when it came to our daughter. If the outside hot and cold temperatures were above seventy 5 she needed to stay indoors for most of the afternoon. Every one of us l acquired all the sites in our section that were temperature controlled to go and have fun. Her birthday is in late May so to avoid disaster every one of us constantly planned an indoor party for her. Every one of us would rent a pool at a local hotel so she could have an indoor pool party, host the event at a local theater so she and her friends could hang out and see the latest show, and 1 time every one of us even had a sleepover at the math museum so they could all see the star display and do crafts that were space related. I suppose that she and her friends constantly loved these parties and every one of us felt fortunate that there were so many kid friendly sites in our section that kept her cool. As she got older she seemed to gravitate towards friends that shared her need to hang out in temperature controlled sites or do activities during the milder seasons that took site outside.
