People can usually overlook the importance of sanitation in heating plus cooling performance and overall system longevity.  Plainly stated, keeping a disinfect Heating plus A/C system is integral to it doing its work plus surviving for the length of time intended in its building process.  This isn’t just a matter of keeping your air filter disinfect plus making sure there isn’t dust or debris congested anywhere in the system. Way past all of that, the easiest way to insure a disinfect air system is by having an disinfected house.  That means mopping your floors respectfully, sanitizing surfaces in every room, plandus keeping everything free of gathering up any dust plus pollen. If you disinfect these contaminants soon after they get into your house, you can take them before they’re drawn into your air duct plus a/c.  Although most light cleaning works can be tackled with a minimal soap solution, mold stains need to be treated with bleach or vinegar. However one other option that you can find at virtually any grocery store is hydrogen peroxide. It works similar to an antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, plus antifungal cleaning agent. It works very well at cleaning mold stains in grout plus it has virtually no fumes or stinks.  If you’re the type of person who isn’t a fan of the locker room funk stink of vinegar cleaners, then peroxide might be the perfect solution for around the house. Just be a little cautious with dilution when using it to disinfect with. The fumes from straight peroxide, undiluted plus out of the bottle, are enough to slowly bleach out your face if you use it repeatedly. Just be mindful of diluting it before you use it.
