When our boy first moved in with me, I didn’t quite assume what to expect.
All that entirely mattered was that every one of us cared about each other plus I wanted to see how things would work out if every one of us made this step.
Well, it became clear pretty fast that every one of us had to establish some sort of ground rules. The biggest issue I had was that he was always changing the temperature control settings. When he was cranking the a/c a lot, I asked what he was doing, plus he said it was too hot. I had to explain that he needed to use the ceiling fans plus save currency on the temperature control settings by not cranking the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan so much. She just laughed plus said he would help pay the energy bills. I don’t assume he realized how high the bills could go by cranking the a/c plan so much. It was an aged Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan plus it wasn’t the most energy efficient. She was telling how he would crank the a/c in his condo all the time. Well, his condo wasn’t exactly large like our condo plus of course his energy bills would be cheaper, especially if he had a more energy efficient cooling plan in his apartment. She said something about having a ductless mini split system, plus that explained everything, and ductless mini splits are harshly energy efficient, however I can’t afford to have our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan replaced just yet. I tried to get our boy to take it simple with the a/c, although he didn’t listen. When he saw the first energy bill after residing with myself and others for a month, he was in shock. She asked if our electric bills were always that high plus I told his not until he moved in.
