I guess I am at an interesting crossroads in my life right now.
I do not exactly live anywhere.
I am paying rent in a single town although I have been living for free with my mom and another. I am not sure what my ultimate living situation is going to be after I figure out some important matters. Honestly, I would enjoy to live by myself… But I also think that this is unrealistic. Unfortunately, it turns out that central heating, cooling, and air quality control is undoubtedly necessary no matter where you live. As a resident of two odd places, I can tell you that both of them require a lot of indoor air temperature control. In a single town I rely heavily on the forced air oil furnace. In the other town I am a slave to my central cooling plan and media air cleaner. Both of these Heating plus Air Conditioning unit setups require a lot of investment to have them installed and keep them running in tip-top shape. It is not okay to own a heating and cooling plan without arranging Professional heating, cooling, and air quality control service appointments from time to time. On top of that, you evidently need to worry about your energy bills no matter where you live. It gets entirely costly entirely quickly to rely on a central Heating plus Air Conditioning plan when you are the only guy in the house. You find yourself pumping high-quality treated indoor air through every room, only to occupy a single space yourself. All of that excessive heating and cooling operation amounts to harshly high energy bills each month if you are just a single human. This Heating plus Air Conditioning issue is why I am pretty sure that I am stuck with roommates, no matter where I decide to live.
