He had the HVAC unit pulled out of the closet and was trying to fix some wires on the back of the unit
My husband, Jon, likes to think that he can fix anything around the house. However, that is not the case and he always ends up causing more of a problem than there was in the first place. I learned my lesson the first time when he tried to rip up our hardwood floor and install tile. He had all the wood flooring pulled up and decided that he no longer wanted to install the tile. So, we had to call a company to come out to the house and fix Jon’s mistake and then reinstall the hardwood floor. After this disaster I decided that I was not going to let him fix anything else around the house ever again. Well, last week I came home and noticed that he was trying to fix our broken HVAC system. I didn’t know that he was going to attempt to fix the entire HVAC system or I would have called an HVAC company before he even lifted a finger. However, once I opened the front door I knew that I was too late. He had the HVAC unit pulled out of the closet and was trying to fix some wires on the back of the unit. He didn’t know what he was doing and I was nervous that he was really going to do some damage to the HVAC unit. So, I went into the kitchen secretly to call a local HVAC company so that he could come out and take over the job from Jon. I really didn’t want him to cause actual damage and I wanted the professionals to step in.
