A couple weeks ago, I was sitting in the new home and I knew there was something wrong with the oil furnace. I didn’t hear it running and it was getting freezing in the house. I called the Heating and Air Conditioning and they told myself and others they had a couple people ahead of me. They also said they should be able to get to our new home by the end of the morning. The end of the morning came, our home was becoming freezing and I still didn’t have a Heating and Air Conditioning tech in our home. I called the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier and they said they were extremely busy and they would get to myself and others as soon as possible. I understood there was a blizzard going on and the rapidly increasing temperatures had dropped to near zero. I couldn’t figure out how it could go from a couple people ahead of myself and others to them being swamped. I called our sibling to see if he could help me. I told him what was going on with our oil furnace and he told myself and others he would be over as soon as the Heating and Air Conditioning tech left. I asked him when he had called for service, since I knew both of us both had the same Heating and Air Conditioning supplier. He told myself and others he was lucky because he only had to wait a couple hours. Now I was angry and I called the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier to see why our sibling was ran tests on before I was. They told myself and others that he had a service and service service idea which gave him priority service. He told myself and others if I was a member of the service and service service idea group, I would be ran tests on when they were all finished. I planned on calling another Heating and Air Conditioning supplier to see if I can get service sooner.
