It is taking up space, but any time that I mention the air conditioner, she always dodged the question
I can’t get rid of my window air conditioner, but I really want to. I hate this window air conditioner, and if I could get rid of the window air conditioner, I would have thrown away that piece of trash ages ago. The reason that I cannot get rid of the air conditioner is that the air conditioner is not technically mine. I have been borrowing this air conditioner for years, but I didn’t want to borrow the air conditioner for that long. I have had this air conditioner since I first moved into this apartment. I have been living in this apartment ever since I moved out on my own, and I didn’t have anything when I moved here. My mother-in-law decided that she was going to help me, and she let me borrow the window air conditioner from her house. I told her that I would just use the air conditioner until I had enough money to buy my own air conditioner, and she agreed to the terms. However, a year later, I tried to give her her air conditioner back, and she told me that she wasn’t ready for it. Ever since then, I have been trying to get rid of this stupid air conditioner. I have my new air conditioner in the window, but I have to keep her air conditioner in storage. It is taking up space, but any time that I mention the air conditioner, she always dodged the question. I am tempted to throw away the air conditioner, but I know that she will ask for the air conditioner as soon as I do. How do I get myself into situations like this?
