I can’t keep my feet warm.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with me, but my sister keeps telling me it must be poor circulation like our mother.

My husband tells me that I need to do something because he can’t handle my feet on his legs anymore.

It is understandable to have cool feet in the winter, but my feet are cold all year round. We have the air conditioning running from the time spring starts until well into fall. I think a lot of my cold feet problems have to do with the air conditioning. Our air vents are on the floor. Whenever the air conditioning turns on, it blows right across my feet and I can’t get them warm. My husband tells me to wear shoes and socks and my feet wouldn’t get warm. My sister suggested I just turn the air conditioning off when my husband is working. I can’t do that either. I really do mind the heat and I hate when I get hot and sweaty. I can’t turn the air conditioning off just to keep my feet from being cold. I think the best solution would be to have a small space heater for my feet. My mom told me that I should get a heating pad and put my feet on it when I am sitting down. I was surprised when she said this, but I thought about it. It was cheaper than a space heater and it would just be on my feet while not affecting any other air in the room. I can use my air conditioning and not have my husband upset over my cold feet.
