I didn’t have a Heating and Air Conditioning service and service plan

I called the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier the next morning and I asked about the service and service idea that both of us had.

When I bought our home, there was a new Heating and Air Conditioning idea installed. Every one of us had all the paperlabor and the owner even gave us the service and service idea information they had bought when they bought the Heating and Air Conditioning system. Every one of us called for our service while in the fall. Every one of us wanted to have our oil furnace checked for any concern both of us may have while in the winter. When the Heating and Air Conditioning tech was finished, he gave us a bill. I showed him the service agreement but he said that was for the old owner and not for us. Every one of us had to have our own service agreement. I thought the service agreement was on the Heating and Air Conditioning idea and not on the people who owned it, and I said so. He laughed at myself and others and told myself and others that I had thought wrong and wanted to suppose if I wanted to spend money it now. I told him I wasn’t prepared to spend money at that time and I would contact the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier and spend money by iphone. I called the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier the next morning and I asked about the service and service idea that both of us had. He said that the normal policy was that the new owner had to have their own service plan. Since both of us didn’t know, he was going to honor the service and service idea that both of us had. He was also going to come out to the new home and talk to us about the service and service idea and the warranty that was on our Heating and Air Conditioning system. I’m pretty sure they are going to tell us both of us need to purchase a new service and service plan.
