I got the opportunity to turn apartments into corporate housing

We could clean up and fill up a few floors worth of rooms and offer them as furnished short term rentals, or even extended stay rentals in certain cases! Dealing with contracts with these sizable corporations basically gives us a guarantee of being paid even if the corporate apartments are empty for long stretches

I inherited an apartment building from my good uncle Fred, who I never actually met, but apparently my parents bragged about myself and others to him during their phone calls with the reclusive sibling. He was a fan of my achievements from afar, however I was truly humbled and flattered he had left me something so costly. At the same time I had no idea what I was going to do with an apartment building. I didn’t know much about business, nor did I have any interest in being a landlord. Fortunately, my father had a bit of experience with the whole business of corporate rentals and he came to me with some entirely great ideas. He suggested that instead of renting out the apartments as month to month rentals, that we try to land some corporate contracts. Sizable corporations are constantly sending employees all around the world, especially to a town as huge as our town, and there was constantly a need for corporate housing in all places. We could clean up and fill up a few floors worth of rooms and offer them as furnished short term rentals, or even extended stay rentals in certain cases! Dealing with contracts with these sizable corporations basically gives us a guarantee of being paid even if the corporate apartments are empty for long stretches. So while my father went out to make some deals with the huge companies, I started turning these ancient, dusty apartments into decorated and furnished rentals. I hope this idea works out for us, because the world of corporate housing could be my meal ticket!
