When you are single, live alone and have a great task, you need to find things to spend money on.
I have been updating my condo room by room.
I have nothing else to do and I kind of love renovating. The issue is that I am awful at it. I can paint, upgrade switch plates and light bulbs, however that is about it. I need a handy guy to handle anything heavy duty. Through trial and error and multiple projects, I now have a team of men I love to use. I have an electrician, plumber, window guy and Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman that I now call for every new room I do. My favorite is the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman but I see him the least. Gus is such a great guy and is actually fair about everything. When I asked if I needed to upgrade my 17 year outdated Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, he told myself and others I still had some great years on it. When I asked to see what he got out of my air duct when he cleaned it, he showed myself and others the camera footage that he saw. He installed a new home office ventless gas furnace for me, a study room a/c and a shed heat pump. I am running out of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C related things and that is a shame. The guy is actually superb and has been helpful in other areas. He is the reason I have a great window guy and plumber. They are both great friends of his. I kind of wish that Heating, Ventilation, and A/C could extend into electricity so that I can get rid of the other guy and keep Gus.
