I need a better air filter

Let me start my story off by declaring the message of it — always learn the good print before you sign any binding contracts! I did not do that, unfortunately, so when it came time to take legal action against this dealer, I was out of luck. I had signed a document that said, buried deep in the little print at the bottom, that I agreed to submit to an arbitration process instead of taking it to the legal system. That seems care about it might be a legal gray area, tricking me care about that, however it’s too late to hour know it now, so I found a lawyer and started the arbitration process with my Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair provider. First of all, let me tell you how surprised I was that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company had slipped this into the contract. I wondered how several other heating and cooling buyers have been fleeced by these guys, which is why I decided to fight back. I understand the deck is stacked against me, because the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company was the one who got to select the arbitration company every one of us are using. It seems to me care about they do this a lot, so maybe ripping off their Heating, Ventilation and A/C buyers is just a area of their normal corporation model. An old neighbor of mine is a lawyer, specializing in consumer litigation, so he agreed to represent me against the Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealer. If at all possible I would love to get my money back, however if not then I would be cheerful to know I helped out some other heating and cooling buyers.
