I have a split routine I do for my body, breaking up the muscle groups into three days. I do legs one day and then chest, triceps, and shoulders the next, and then the third day I do back and biceps. I sprinkle in a couple days of running in the sand, along with morning cold swims and daily yoga. It sounds like a lot but when you spread it out over the week it’s not that bad. I also do meditation each day to calm the mind. They say the body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness. My air purification system benefits from running it each day. Actually the state of the air in my house benefits from running the air purifier each day. I like to have clean air in the house and I try to keep the dust at bay by keeping the place clean. I have a HEPA filter in my vacuum cleaner which I use a couple of times a week. My ex-girlfriend used to want me to vacuum every other day which seems a bit too much. Maybe that is why she is my ex, we broke up over a vacuum cleaner. I want to clean my ductwork soon also because I have noticed a lot of dust on the vent covers and I think it is coming from the ducts being dirty. I’ve done it before and it is not that bad of a job to do if you know what you are doing. I am HVAC certified so it should be a breeze.
