I was ripped off

Let me start my story off by declaring the message of it — always learn the good print before you sign any binding contracts! I did not do that, unfortunately, so when it came time to take legal action against this corporation, I was out of luck. I had signed a document that said, buried deep in the little print at the bottom, that I agreed to submit to an arbitration process instead of taking it to the legal system. That seems appreciate it might be a legal gray area, tricking me appreciate that, however it’s too late to minute think it now, and so I found a lawyer and started the arbitration process with my HVAC service provider. First of all, let me tell you how surprised I was that the HVAC contractor had slipped this into the contract. I wondered how many other heating and cooling clients have been fleeced by these guys, which is why I decided to fight back. I understand the deck is stacked against me, because the HVAC contractor was the 1 who got to select the arbitration contractor the people I was with and I are using. It seems to me appreciate they do this a lot, so maybe ripping off their HVAC clients is just a area of their normal contractor model. An old friend of mine is a lawyer, specializing in consumer litigation, so she agreed to represent me against the HVAC corporation. If at all possible I would care about to get my currency back, however if not then the people I was with and I would be glad to guess I helped out some other heating and cooling clients.
