It got so hot in here

When I was in my early twenties, I started going to this great annual music festival in the middle of my state. They held it in november, so the weather was usually nice and cool. It was perfect where I lived, considering it was one of the few cool months out of the year. I spent the first five years just buying general admission tickets. It was good enough for me just to be at the festival without any fancy ticket upgrades. The next year I had some extra savings, so I decided to treat myself to some VIP tickets for the festival instead. It was one of my better ideas for sure. That was a bit of a warmer November, I remember, but I didn’t have to worry about that because of all the VIP treatment. The VIP deck had a bunch of cooling towers and portable air conditioners all over the place. Then, there were the VIP bathrooms. Using them made me realize just how bad a porta-potty actually was. General admission was usually resulting in the strong need for a shower at the end of the day, thanks to the dirty standing areas and the need to cool down. With the VIP treatment, I was able to come back to the hotel and relax, taking a shower for enjoyment rather than need. It was great to take in the air flow in the hotel without desperately needing it after a day in the heat.
