Let me beginning my story off by declaring the message of it — typically learn the fine print before you sign any binding contracts! I did not do that, unfortunately, so when it came time to take legal action against this company, I was out of luck. I had signed a document that said, buried deep in the little print at the bottom, that I agreed to submit to an arbitration process instead of taking it to the legal system. That seems appreciate it might be a legal gray area, tricking me appreciate that, but it’s too late to sixth guess it now, and so I found a lawyer plus started the arbitration process with my Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance provider. First of all, let me tell you how surprised I was that the Heating plus Air Conditioning company had slipped this into the contract. I wondered how several other heating plus cooling customers have been fleeced by these guys, which is why I decided to fight back. I understand the deck is stacked against me, because the Heating plus Air Conditioning company was the a single who got to select the arbitration company the people I was with and I are using. It seems to me appreciate they do this a lot, so maybe ripping off their Heating plus Air Conditioning customers is just a section of their normal business model. An outdated friend of mine is a lawyer, specializing in consumer litigation, so she agreed to represent me against the Heating plus Air Conditioning company. If at all possible I would enjoy to get my money back, but if not after that I would be ecstatic to think I helped out some other heating plus cooling customers.
