Landlord never gives us heads up about Heating plus A/C repairs

For the past more than 2 years I have lived in the same rental property.

Obviously, it must not be too strenuous to live here considering the fact that I have re-signed the lease so many times.

In general, it’s a good location plus a good new home for the currency. I cannot complain too much about my neighbor’s, my weekly rental charges, or my interactions with the property owner… However, there is a single thing about my property manager that drives me absolutely insane, every time he decides that he has going to do some kind of service projects around the building or routine Heating plus A/C service he fails to supply the tenants a heads up. I cannot tell you how many times I have been in a towel when my property owner decides to walk in plus change the air filter in my Heating plus A/C system. I have literally been woken out of a dead sleep before to find a heating, cooling, plus air quality control specialist cleaning out my air ducts work. I have even found myself in the middle of a bath when a stranger walked into the house to substitute my entire forced air furnace. I never think what to expect when it comes to my heating, cooling, plus ventilation equipment or the service schedule that my property owner has established. I have tried more than 2 times to ask him for a simple alert before he lets some unusual Heating plus A/C tech into my place separate from warning, however nothing ever swings. At this point, I wonder if he has really using these Heating plus A/C services to keep his tenants on their toes. If so, it’s laboring.
