Lately, I have been exercising like a mad man.
It was ever since my doctor said I had high blood pressure when I became scared about my health for real.
He suggested that I get more exercise and focus on eating healthier foods in my diet. The healthy food thing hasn’t been easy, but I got myself a juicer and am blending some crazy healthy smoothies! I’ve learned a lot about superfoods like kale, and those are packed with antioxidants and rich in nutrients. Not to mention foods like that give you a ton of energy, and that’s something I’m not very used to. I go out for jogs all the time and I always make sure to have the ideal temperature control settings when I get back home. I also have a home gym set up now and I have a zoned HVAC as well. So the home gym has its own separate zone for customized temperature control, and that’s marvelous! I don’t know if I would be able to keep up with all my workouts if I couldn’t keep the ideal temperature control settings and good air quality while exercising. More recently when I went to the doctor, he said that my blood pressure has improved considerably, and I’m happy about that. At least I know the exercise is working so I’m going to keep it up. I actually have lost a good amount of weight too, and that makes me feel better about myself. Also with the new zoned HVAC, I noticed my energy bills have been so much lower, so I really appreciate the energy savings.
