Missed out on heated flooring

When I first moved into our lake house I decided to redo the floors.

I ripped up the carpet & added stone floors in all the rooms except the bathrooms.

I didn’t live in the space long before I decided I needed a better master bathroom. I got all brand modern fixtures, lights, windows & added a modern stone floor. It has been five years now & I have a single more space to remodel & a single more floor to go. I wish I would have waited on the rest of the house. It took myself and others years to realize that I particularly want heated flooring. I could have done heated flooring installation throughout the various projects I did without a hitch. Ripping up the floors is required for this heating installation. The mats need to go under the tile. I can’t wind back the clock or destroy what I have done. All I can do is transfer forward & have radiant heating in the a single bathroom, and people are saying I am crazy. Why have radiant heat in just a single room? Someday when I redo all the floors again, everything will have a furnace. I also want to try out the heating installation myself. A small bathroom is not as daunting as a living room. If I mess up, no immense deal, I don’t have that heating system somewhere else. I believe the furnace in the bathroom will feel great. The tub, bat mat & vanity will feel sizzling as a result. It is a silent furnace so it can run while I am in bed at night. It also doesn’t transfer air so that means no dust or debris in the air quality.
