My brother is planning on putting a important addition onto his home this summer.
She told me that he & his partner have been thinking about doing it for a while because they have ended up with twice as multiple children as they originally thought that they were going to have when they first moved into this home many years ago.
See, our brother & his partner now have many sets of twins, & so they are suddenly outgrowing the square footage of their house, then however, they love the home itself & the area & college system that they are in so they don’t want to transfer to a strange house. Instead, they have decided to build on & it’s basically going to be a whole other house. This means that they are going to have to toil not only with a regular supplier but also with an Heating & A/C supplier to make the space livable for all of them; With all of the extra square footage that they are going to be adding on, there is no way that their existing heating & cooling system is going to be able to carry that much of an additional load. So at this point, they are talking to their Heating & A/C supplier & trying to decide whether or not they should put in an additional Heating & A/C system & use zone control heating & cooling or if they should replace to a more powerful system altogether. I think they will honestly end up doing that because I don’t think our brother would love the method of zone control heating & cooling.
