I love my wife very much, but she just keeps too much clutter around the house and makes things pretty messy to be honest.
That is one of our major differences and clashes.
However though, much worse than those differences are our individual preferences for indoor air conditioning. My spouse enjoys a cold home at all times. I mean, we aren’t rich what so ever, however all of us make enough money to foreseeably run the air conditioning system at whatever temperature all of us want in this place. Although I do like warmer temperatures inside, I have a whole entire closet of cozy overcoats so this isn’t the real issue all together. What my wife doesn’t understand in the least is that evaporator coils aren’t magic. They have several limitations, especially with a forced air conditioning system in a moderate weather conditions, like our setup. It will be 90 degrees outside and I can tell you that my spouse tries to keep it 73 inside; unfortunately, the evaporator coil freezes over with ice if it can’t keep up with external weather conditions outside plus the settings on the temperature control thermostat on the wall. Once the evaporator coil is frozen over, it can no longer cool the air that passes through it at all. All of us around here keep running into this issue which forces myself and others in the household to shut the entire air conditioning system down for a minute so the coil can thaw out. My wife doesn’t prefer or enjoy the heat from a disabled air conditioning system so it might eventually stop her from abusing the temperature control thermostat on the wall every day.
