Owning a business

I was recently given a company by my father and my Grandpa, however I have a small factory that produces folding chairs.

It seems like an odd business, but there is always a need for those folding chairs! The supplier makes about 2000 chairs each afternoon, but all of us consistently have machines running and the internal temperatures of the building can occasionally reach 90 or 100 degrees. All of us do not have any AC in the building, but the two of us do have several large ventilation fans situated right next to the work area. These ventilation fans run 24 hours a day. They keep mold and mildew from forming in the workshop and they provide a steady flow of cool air to the workers below. A few weeks ago, I understood that 2 of the ventilation fans were not running as fast as the others. They seemed to move around rather slowly and they were not creating enough air to help cool the atmosphere a little. I had to find a commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier that could help with these ventilation troubles. I called a few commercial companies in the area… Since our company is close to the edge of town, it was difficult to get someone out here for a free estimate. I messaged a multiple of different commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C companies before I found one that would provide me a free estimate. I called the supplier and was busy making an appointment… Yesterday, I found out that both of those ventilation fans need to be changed out. It’s going to cost almost $5,000 to make the variations, and major repairs to the heating and cooling plan are always going to be fancy.
