Ready to have my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C back

It’s really strange to be renting again. That’s not something that I expected to happen at 53. But that’s exactly what’s happening after my partner & I sold the family beach apartment just recently. It’s funny how things worked out. Both of us were going to sell it a few years earlier since all the men are either about to finish school or have started their lives. Both of us even replaced the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C device thinking that we’d sell that immense apartment & perhaps build something smaller for just the two of us. That was the plan however then the housing market just wasn’t that good so the people I was with and I waited. And along came the pandemic & two of my men came beach apartment to live for just more than a year. They were all quite impressed with our new Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. It really is something. Since the people I was with and I wanted to add value & get customer interest, the people I was with and I followed our realtor’s advice & went with the latest in residential Heating, Ventilation, & A/C. And man, it came with all the bells & whistles. There was a smart thermostat, zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, & A/C & a SEER rating on the heat pump that was off the charts efficient. Honestly, it almost made me not want to sell the house. And having all of us together, even with the circumstances, was sort of a special send off for our family home. Now, we’re in a rented house with very meager Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment. I’ve had to call the rental office 3 times already to get the a/c to toil better. Well, it’s at least motivation to decide just what we’re going to do with the next chapter of our lives.
