I will mindlessly rest up and walk down the hallway to check on the indoor air temperature control so more than 2 times throughout the morning, my exhausting HVAC program must be confused.
I know technology is so interesting. There’s always a up-to-date way to do things better than before, and occasionally that “thing” is your own behaviors. Now, technology points them out for you, you know how they have that app for your iPhone, that tracks your incessant screen tracking? It’s meant to help people with productivity by aggravating them from opening and closing their iPhones out of habit. It encourages you to be less reliant on your digital fidgeting. I’ve been thinking, it would be a great program to do something similar with smart temperature controls. If you’re anything love me, you are a bit obsessed with indoor comfort. If I’m at home, I’m going to be comfortable. Rather than trying to modify my internal temperature with sweatshirts or clothing swings, I tend to obsess over my temperature control setting this. I will mindlessly rest up and walk down the hallway to check on the indoor air temperature control so more than 2 times throughout the morning, my exhausting HVAC program must be confused. I know that it’s a bad habit that I have, however I haven’t found a way to make myself more mindful about my temperature control adjustments. I’ve tried everything I could know of, however I actually need a hand from the manufacturers of our smart temperature controls. If they could have come up with a tracking app that tells you how more than 2 times you changed the indoor air temperature settings, that would be actually helpful. I know I would be shocked to know how reliant I am on fidgeting with my central temperature control settings, however my furnace and cooling system would benefit from celebration this information.
