Still running the oil furnace

It’s the end of May, plus I’m still running the heating method non stop.

  • The outside temperature rarely gets above forty degrees, plus it snowed yeahterday.

The lilac trees have budded plus the daffodils are entirely blooming. There are robins hopping around in the snow, looking absolutely cold plus unhappy. The Spring season has arrived, plus yet the weather is refusing to cooperate. I’m aggravated with the cold un-even temperatures. I’m tired of wearing my wool coat plus boots to go outside. I’m miserable with spending the majority of my time trapped in the house, when there’s so much yard work that needs to be done. I dislike spending a fortune on my heating bills, plus I’m worried about my oil furnace. Although I had the oil furnace professionally serviced in the early fall, it’s no longer operating at its best. The excessive workload has entirely put a strain on the heating unit. It has begun to make some different noises, plus is no longer supplying as much heated air. I’ve needed to bump up the thermostat many times. The oil furnace is running for much longer cycles, plus yet there’s cold spots in many rooms. There’s also more dust flying around in the air. I am hoping the oil furnace can make it to the end of the season. I entirely don’t want to face a malfunction plus a costly repair, however there’s no way I could currently get by without heat. I’m being absolutely diligent about cleaning the after filter consistently. Although I should really schedule an appointment with the local Heating & Air Conditioning company to have the oil furnace serviced again, I’d like to spend the money on getting the A/C ready for the summer.
