When you belong to a church, you have a requirement to help take care of that church plus maintain plus service whatever comes along that needs to be.
More often than not, in this Southern State, the two of us are having to pay on a/c, you really can no longer have a church that does not have AC.
If you try to hold a mask without running the cooling system, you will be talking to a bunch of empty pews. Anyway, between the church itself, the rectory where the priest lives, plus the Parish Center where they have classes plus social events, it costs quite a bit to maintain plus keep everything running well. This year, the two of us have had to upgrade the Heating, Ventilation & A/C proposal at the priest’s house. We took up a collection for it because it was not in the budget. No one knew the two of us were going to have to get a current heating plus cooling proposal oh, plus the reason the two of us had to upgrade his seasoned Heating, Ventilation & A/C proposal is that it was injured in a big hurricane storm. Since the need for a current heating plus cooling proposal was a surprise, they did what they consistently do, plus they had a special collection. They did that special collection for several weeks until they had enough to pay for the current Heating, Ventilation & A/C… Just when the two of us thought the two of us were done with having extra expenses at the church, the two of us discovered the mini split a/c units that are used in the classrooms at the Parish Hall need to be either refurbished or upgraded. Apparently, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company the two of us used when the two of us first built the building genuinely did not provide us good advice about what kind of mini-split AC the two of us should put in. Therefore, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C proposal in the classroom section has never genuinely been adequate, plus now it is downright unreliable. So, it is time once again, to beginning pinching pennies plus figuring out what we are going to do for heating plus cooling in the church classrooms. Hopefully, the two of us will get the current AC put in before it is time for Summer university.
