You don’t get credit for a work out just by wearing the clothes plus being at the gym.
I am an avid gym attendant. I go to the community fitness center more than four days a week religiously. I have operated all the equipment plus even have machines that I like. I change from weight lifting days to intense cardio 1s. I stretch after each workout plus I try any work out class that is given. Well, the new year has gone on plus everyone takes it upon themselves to get fit. Every year going to the gym in January is terrible. My usually vacant gym is jam packed with people. I can’t get on the machine I like when I want to. Most of the weight lifting machines are taken by pudgy guys that don’t know how to use them. My number one running machine will be used by a woman walking while reading a book. I easily do not like when I go to the mat to stretch plus there are just people resting on them chatting. You don’t get credit for a work out just by wearing the clothes plus being at the gym. You absolutely have to work out. As sad as this is, I know that the crowd will power down; Last year by the end of January the gym was back to normal, right now it has only been a month plus it is about half the people now. Really, 1 month and people are already giving up. I always feel that those people should try a work out class or get with a personal fitness expert.
