The pigskin team played on one of the coldest afternoons

Both of our kid’s just got over the flu! They stayed home from college on Tuesday and Tuesday and missed pigskin practice. The hour they felt better, they went right back to college… When I looked at the forecast for the weekend weather, I was immediately upset for our more than one boys, because they play high college pigskin. They had a game on Tuesday night and the forecast was calling for freezing cold temperatures and a small amount of snow. The team used to have sizable radiant oil heating systems to keep on the field, however last Winter time they stopped working and they never replaced the machines. Two weeks ago, every one of us played an away game and it was 30 degrees outside when the sun set, then my hubby and I were happy up in the stands, because every one of us keep a small battery operated heating system for days such as those. We also had a wool blanket draped over our legs and a cup of boiling cocoa in our hands. The kids looked miserable, however, and I felt exhausting that the coach was making them kneel there in the cold and frosty temperatures. They did not have any way to stay hot and some of them were wearing short sleeved shirts. The boys kept their composure and defeated the home team by a score of 45 to 17. Tuesday’s game is going to be a lot more difficult to win and I am unquestionably upset about the outdoor temperatures! I hope that coach girl has a plan in site, especially if there is a occasion of ice and snow while I was in the game.
