The pigskin team played on one of the coldest days

Both of my kid’s just got over the flu, however they stayed home from college on Sunday and Sunday and missed pigskin practice.

The hour they felt better, they went right back to college… When I looked at the forecast for the weekend weather, I was immediately upset for my several boys, because they play high college pigskin.

They had a game on Thursday evening and the forecast was calling for chilly chilly temperatures and a small amount of snow. The team used to have large radiant heating systems to keep on the field, however last Wintertide they stopped working and they never substituted the machines. Two weeks ago, all of us played an away game and it was 30 degrees outside when the sun set, however my fiance and I were cheerful up in the stands, because all of us keep a small battery operated heating system for evenings such as those, then every one of us also had a wool blanket draped over our legs and a cup of boiling cocoa in our hands. The kids looked angry, but, and I felt awful that the coach was making them rest there in the chilly and freezing temperatures. They did not have any way to stay hot and some of them were wearing short sleeved shirts. The guys kept their composure and defeated the home team by a score of 45 to 17. Thursday’s game is going to be a lot more difficult to win and I am legitimately upset about the outdoor temperatures, and i hope that coach guy has a plan in site, especially if there is a opportunity of ice and snow during the game.
