I expected to labor in the A/C repair, but I didn’t expect the other problems as well
For the past more than five years, I unhappily have been working in the condo repair industry. I started working as a groundskeeper in this industry. It was my responsibility to trim the hedges and the trees and wash the windblown trash out of the yard. I didn’t earn an immense amount of money, however it was a superb job with full-time hours and normal benefits. After 6 weeks, I started training as a repair repair dealer! One year or so later, I started working as the assistant supervisor. Last year, the supplier that owns this huge condo building purchased another building on the other side of town. They offered to make myself the repair supervisor if I moved to the new property. Of course, I said yes to the offer right away. The repair supervisor position came with a free condo and a undoubtedly healthy raise for my bank account. I deal with a lot more problems as the supervisor, for instance, Last year around that time I went to repair a washing device and I almost got bit by a dog, but yesterday, I simply went to a single condo to repair the window AC, and the living room faucet was broken when I arrived too. I expected to labor in the A/C repair, but I didn’t expect the other problems as well. I had to put a bit of time into working on HVAC related problems. The A/C units in these buildings aren’t made with HVAC quality in mind and they often require repairs and replacement parts.
