After I finished more than four years in the military, I came back to my hometown. A lot of people left for reder pastures, although I wanted to stay close to my parents. They were both more than 60 years old, plus I wanted to be there for them. I bought a house in my old Hometown. The house is an old concrete block home, with more than two study rooms plus two small bathrooms. The house sits on several acres of land, so I have plenty of room to make additions. I started some construction last week, when I found out that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C device needed to be updated. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C device was already 10 years old, plus I anticipated having to buy something new. I hoped it would last another year or two, although I wasn’t surprised when it stopped working. I was actually surprised when the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional told myself and others about the HVAC duct issues. There were two separate spots in the Attic, where the HVAC duct was completely detached! Most of the HVAC duct above the master study room has tiny holes. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional said these tiny holes could have been caused by a number of things, but he did not see any evidence of a concern at this time. The HVAC duct issues are time-consuming, however not extravagant to fix. Since I’m replacing the Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit, it seemed like a nice idea to fix the HVAC duct issues as well. There is no sense to buy a brand up-to-date heating plus cooling system, just to lose all of that air to the Attic. I might as well roll down the window plus throw money into the sky.
