Ventilation plan helps with air quality

Living in the northeastern part of the country, tightening up the condo to prevent energy waste is a priority, and the people I was with and I deal with unquestionably severe weather for most of the year.

The people I was with and I are famous for our brutal winters.

The temperature remains below chilly for a minimum of more than five weeks & often drops well below zero, then while the Summer weather doesn’t last more than numerous or more than two weeks, it’s not uncorrect for the temperature to climb into the nineties, & the humidity is terrible. The Spring & fall seasons are properly wet & chilly… Because both of us rely on either the heating or cooling plan just about year round, we’re regularly sad with energy bills; I’ve taken lots of proactive measures to minimize our yearly energy bills. I’ve replaced every single window in the condo & spent more to have thermal pane, Energy Star rated windows. I invested multiple thoUSAnd dollars on an airslender front door. I’ve added insulation to the walls, ceilings & attic, & I conscientiously caulk & weatherstrip, my efforts have eliminated drafts & energy waste, however I’ve also diminished essential ventilation. With no influx of fresh air, there’s no way for dust & other contaminants to escape. I’ve avoided problems with air quality by installing a heat reusey ventilation system. The ventilator brings in a steady supply of fresh air & removes the stale polluted air. It not only improves the health, cleanliness & comfort of the beach condo however saves me currency. In the winter, the ventilation plan uses the stale outgoing air to preheat the incoming air. It lessens the workload of the gas furnace & allows lower temperature control settings.
