Walk in my shoes before criticizing me.

Being a old Heating, Ventilation & A/C Tech has a lot of perks, but it also has a lot of disadvantages.

  • One perk of being 1 of the oldest Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicemans in our corporation is that all of us get to educator new Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicemans.

Most of the time, these new Heating, Ventilation & A/C texts are quite respectful of the knowledge I have. Then, you have those few young people who come out of Heating, Ventilation & A/C technical school who assume they assume more than you do. They do not consider the fact that I have been and Heating, Ventilation & A/C Tech for the past 30 years and dealt with every kind of Heating, Ventilation & A/C device and problem that could ‌come up. They are the 1s I remind them that before criticizing me, they should walk in my shoes for 30 years. Many times these young people do not stay Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicemans with our corporation because of their attitude. There are a few of them, however, that understand what I am trying to say to them, and absolutely listen to what I have said. These are the Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicemans that will last with our corporation, and become cream of the crop. They do not just learn, but they what they have l acquired so respectfully. They learn respect for fellow Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicemans and the buyers they labor for, and that is what will make them great Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicemans. I have seen various servicemans come and go with our corporation. I have also seen those young Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicemans laboring for other companies, and ultimately, if you cannot have respect for other servicemans and for your buyers, you cannot become a nice Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman.
