We work on different things

My wife and I are both determined to remain strong, healthy and fit as both of us grow older.

Her and I make a healthy diet and exercise a big thing in our everyday lives.

She plus I both have a gym membership, plus both of us consistently spend a few hours there at least several times per week. My wife and I hastily realized that both of us workout undoubtedly hard. I love aerobic activities and devote nearly the entire training session getting our heart pumping. I sometimes sprint on the treadmill for a straight hour. I push myself to good portions on the elliptical, stationary bike or rowing machine. I frequently take fitness classes. I’m also undoubtedly working on flexibility. I make sure to take at least twenty minutes of the workout to deep stretching in order to gain more flexibility. I have no problem bending over with straight legs and placing my hands flat on the ground. When I lay in a straddle, I can place my belly on the ground. I’m also able to do a full split with either the right or left leg in front of me. In comparison, my wife is dedicated to weight training. She devotes the majority of her time at the gym using the barbells, free weights, kettlebells and the resistance bands. She also prioritizes a dedicated warmup and a cooldown. She plus I are continually nagging the other 1 to spend more time on our things. We both could benefit from changing up a little bit.
