weekly leasing plus short term housing is usually more luxurious than annual rentals

Unluckyly, you spend money a lot more for short term housing on a weekly basis compared to annual rentals.

My partner plus I have only been retired for 2 years but both of us haven’t wasted a single minute of our time. We have traveled through Europe, North Africa, plus Southeast Asia, buying collectables plus priceless antiques along the way. This year both of us want to take it easy plus spend the Winter right on the beach down south. That way both of us can just relax plus take it easy eating seafood plus sipping strong cocktails plus beer. We even have old friends who have moved to a popular tourist endpoint along the beach, but they didn’t properly warn us about the complications with housing. Apparently their condo is in an old building that used to be corporate housing for a financial firm that left the neighborhood 2 decades ago. Clearly they got a great deal when they bought this condo, but all my partner plus I can afford right now is weekly leasing plus short term housing. Unluckyly, you spend money a lot more for short term housing on a weekly basis compared to annual rentals. If you’re moving for a job plus staying in corporate housing it would make sense to spend money for a weekly lease, otherwise it’s not economical for anyone but tourists. After staying for a season, both of us will decide whether or not both of us appreciate the part enough to look for long term housing options. We don’t have a choice, both of us have to look for short term housing plus spend money the added cost for the first year at the easily least. If both of us look weeks in advance of tourist season we’re hoping that both of us can find affordable housing.
