A couple months ago, I was resting in the condo and I knew there was something wrong with the oil furnace.
I didn’t hear it running and it was getting cold in the house. I called the Heating and Air Conditioning and they told me they had a couple people ahead of me. They also said they should be able to get to our condo by the end of the day. The end of the day came, our condo was becoming chilly and I still didn’t have a Heating and Air Conditioning tech in our home. I called the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier and they said they were severely busy and they would get to me as soon as possible. I understood there was a blizzard going on and the hot and cold temperatures had dropped to near zero. I couldn’t figure out how it could go from a couple people ahead of me to them being swamped. I called our sibling to see if he could help me. I told him what was going on with our oil furnace and he told me he would be over as soon as the Heating and Air Conditioning tech left. I asked him when he had called for service, since I knew the people I was with and I both had the same Heating and Air Conditioning business. He told me he was lucky because he only had to wait a couple hours. Now I was miserable and I called the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier to see why our sibling was serviced before I was. They told me that he had a repair and repair repair system which gave him priority service. He told me if I was a member of the repair and repair repair system group, I would be serviced when they were all finished. I planned on calling another Heating and Air Conditioning supplier to see if I can get repair sooner.
