My neighbor & I share a shed.
Technically the people I was with and I have our own entrances & separate spaces.
However, someone built our shed, & then built the shed next door using a single of our exterior walls. It is really frustrating because when updates are made, usually I have to work with our neighbor. When I wanted to replace our roof, technically it stems into a portion of his shed. I had to get him to agree on a modern roof & the cost of it. He is super cheap & so I ended up only doing half the roof! Recently the topic of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C came up. I want to add a ductless mini cut to our shed. The cost is so high-priced. I found you can hook up various indoor air handlers to a single outdoor air compressor, so I recommended that our neighbor cut the cost. We each get our own air handler & thermostat… Our thermostat settings won’t affect a single other. We just share the initial cost of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C & installation. The guy then started talking about a neighbor that had a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system & could install it. It wasn’t a real Heating, Ventilation, & A/C brand & the guy wasn’t a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier. So I am dropping the subject. I believe I am just going to need to buy the high-priced Heating, Ventilation, & A/C & let our neighbors’ tools rust in the high humidity. It’s his own fault. If he was willing to spend a little currency he could have wonderful climate control for half of what it should be.
