I just recently started a new job at a heating and air conditioning company.
And I have to tell you that working at this new heat and a/c company is a bit different than working at the last one.
This is because this heating and air conditioning company is brand new. And when you have a new company it tends to get real busy and the work can be harder if you do not have as many heat and a/c specialists available. For instance, I am used to having an assistant heat and a/c specialist with me when doing an HVAC installation. I had to install a central heating and air conditioning system on my own last week. And working for such a short time on it I felt like I was already there for several hours when in fact I was only into the job one single hour! I know things will get better as time moves on and they hire more certified heating and air conditioning workers. At that point I will have an assistant heat and a/c specialist on jobs like HVAC installations. But until then, I have to prepare myself for some long and drawn out heat and a/c jobs that will seem a lot longer than they actually are with me having to do double the work that I usually do on those specific types of heating and air conditioning system jobs. I give it another month or so till things pan out and are normal at this new heating and air conditioning company. It is just what happens.
