I used to wonder why some people can eat whatever they want and never gain weight.
I’m not that lucky.
I need to be careful about what and how much I eat. I try not to go out to eat very often because the bad foods are too tempting. I end up feeling guilty and bloated. I don’t want to gain a bunch of weight. I was getting a decent amount of exercise on a weekly basis, but I had limited knowledge in how to go about an exercise program. I wasn’t aware of techniques other than running, bicycling pushups, situps, and pullups. These were the basic exercises I was given in school so I stuck with them. Eventually, a friend of mine recommended that I sign up with a personal trainer. I was a little worried she was telling me I was overweight. She explained that she’d started working out with a personal trainer a few months before and had already noticed big improvements. She’d started building muscle and increasing her physical endurance. I was very interested in making improvements in my strength and stamina. I was hoping for a more challenging and interesting workout. I decided to try out a personal trainer. The sessions were nothing like I anticipated. Having a personal trainer was sort of like having a knowledgeable friend, who is right there to encourage me to eat healthier food s and work a lot harder during my workouts. She introduced me to all kinds of amazing exercises. I swear there is never any downtime. I have a great time with my personal trainer but she works me really hard. The sessions are intense and demanding, but I just love it. I’m so happy with the results. Whole family works as personal trainers
